Tanya has recently joined Bivee as Director of Partnerships, responsible for guiding strategy, partnerships, and knowledge elements in business development and project execution. Tanya has twenty years experience international development advisory, fifteen of which were with IFC.
Over her time with IFC she led knowledge development and curation for the World Bank Group’s public-private partnerships (PPP) unit, advised government clients on the design and tender of PPPs for the delivery of social and municipal services, and contributed to strategy and advised investment teams in the private education sector in emerging markets. Prior to this Tanya worked with a large international development consulting company, RTI, on public education policy projects. She holds a Masters in Public Policy from Duke University and a dual Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Arts from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
